Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use.

Permitted use

You may use the Service to organize your own information and collaborate with people you invite into your workspace, in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited abuse

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it to harm others, or violating applicable law.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you create in your Notebook. You retain your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Subscription and billing

• Free trial. You can start with a 14-day full-access trial at no cost and without a credit card.
• After the trial. After your trial, you can choose to subscribe to InHomeCareNotebook. You will see the subscription price before you authorize any payment, and the price in effect at the time you authorize a subscription is the price that applies to that subscription until any change is communicated in advance.
• Subscription scope. One subscription covers your Notebook and all authorized family members and caregivers. There is no per-person charge.
• Authorization before payment. You authorize any payment before it is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• After cancellation. After cancellation takes effect, your Notebook enters a read-only state. Your information remains available, but adding and updating information requires an active subscription.
• Refunds. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for help with any billing concern.
• Price changes. If the price changes, we will communicate the change in advance before it applies to your subscription.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where appropriate. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and software, is owned by Fieldstone Systems, LLC and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service beyond your permitted use.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service or others.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” InHomeCareNotebook is an organizational tool. It is not legal, safety, insurance, compliance, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own decisions and for confirming any requirement that applies to you.

Product-specific notice

InHomeCareNotebook is an organizational and coordination tool. It is not medical advice, emergency guidance, insurance, reimbursement, or professional-care advice, and should not be relied upon as such.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Fieldstone Systems, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Pennsylvania.
